这次演讲比赛结束了，作为组织者，我也是对于此次学校进行的演讲活动来做总结，同时也是为了更好的去在下次活动之中做的更好。

演讲比赛的活动之中，学生们也是积极的参与进来，大家都是拿出自己最优秀的那一面来，比赛也是分外的精彩，也是给我们的一个碰拦评委是制造了很多的难题，毕竟优秀的真的是太多了一些，但也是证明我们这次的主题是定得很好，得到学生们的肯定，愿意来参与，去积极的比赛去取得名次。最终活动也是取得了圆满的结束，但活动之中也是有些地方做的还不够好，一些物资准备不够，还有流程上面也是有些小的问题，导致拖延了时间，耽搁了大家，整体上来说是做好了，但是这些瑕疵其实也是证明了我组织活动的能力还有待加强，而这也是让我清楚一个活动要去做好，不是靠方案，靠其他人的帮助就够了的，自己也是要熟悉，同时遇到了问题也是要灵活的去解决，临场应变的能力要有所加强。
经过了这次演讲比赛活动的举办，我也是积累了很多的经验，看到了自己的问题所在是哪里，今后也是继续的做好活动，去为师生们服务，把下一次也是要做的更好才行，多次的积累，我相信我的活动组织举办能力是会越来越好的。而学生们在这次活动之中所收获的我想也是会对他们有很大的帮助。
以“先进、青春、使命、奉献”为主题的演讲比赛终于在我们的期待中如期举行了。本次演讲比赛是由我部主办，学生会其他部门协办的，旨在让全部师生都能更好地学习提高我系学生的演讲及表达能力，激发广大学生的演讲及表达能力，激发广大学生关注社会的热情。
本次演讲比赛的筹备工作在本部同学的共同协作努力下如期、顺利地进入比赛的预决赛，之后，为扩大活动的影响力度，增强比赛选手的积极性，提高活动的质量，我部又接连举行了两次预赛，在我部部领导、各班班主任的大力支持下，在学生会的各位干部的共同协作下，终于在大家的翘首期盼下于20XX年4月28日这天顺利拉开演讲比赛总决赛的帷幕。
整个比赛在主持人认真的主持下；在精彩的娱乐片段节目的点缀下；在选手激情的发挥下进行的非常顺利，经过激烈的角逐，最终产生了一、二、三等奖，特邀评委精彩的总结给这次的活动画上了圆满的句号。

随着集团公司培训工作的深入进行，五月十七日晚上和十九日下午，集团公司办公室组织了两场以“爱岗敬业、做优秀员工”为主题的巡回演讲。集团公司领导及各单位约二百三十余名公司员工到场观看了演讲。本次演讲共有七位选手参加，他们分别是：集团公司的邢丽芹，金龙矿业的王宪忠、乔英茂，金海建工的王晓峰、原文政，金海大厦的姜寿莉、郭红飞。
来自基层各部门的演讲选手们，在平常的实际工作中他笑空胡们积累了丰富的工作经验和人物素材，并把“爱岗敬业 做一名优秀员工”的思想体会，结合到实际工作中。他们深情讴歌和赞美了那些爱岗敬业、忠于职守、勇于奉献，为金海集团做出突出贡献的金海员工；他们的演讲内容紧扣主题，演讲时声情并茂，富有感情，发挥得当，充满青春的活力与时代气息，演讲人员们的精彩演讲不时引来了台下员工阵阵热烈的掌声。

这次巡回演讲活动的开展，不但进一步在员工树立起了“爱岗敬业 争做优秀员工”的良好风气，而且也是对企业员工培训工作开展情况和培训效果的一次检验。在此次活动开展的过程中，各企业都能够积极主动按照集团公司的要求去完成各项工作。各企业首先在企业内部组织安排演讲，将表现突出的员工选拔推荐参加集团公司组织的巡回演讲，由于所选拔的选手都比较优秀，才使本次演讲活动效果非常显著。
通过演讲活动的开展，也发现了以前员工培训过程中存在的如：不按计划进行培训、培训走过场、注重形式不注重内容等问题，在今后的员工培训过程中，我们要在总结经验的基础上，进一步把员工培训工作搞好，使员工培训工作取得更好的成绩，位企业发展奠定良好的文化基础。
自9月2日在区教育信息网上见到区教育局团队办下达的《关于在全区学校开展“祖国万岁”歌咏的通知》后，我们学校团委就马上向张校长作了汇报。根据教育局团队办的要求以及张校长的具体指示，我们学校团委制定了《河东区职业中专落实区教育局关于合唱比赛通知的实施计划》，由校团委牵头自9月3日起就开始布置任务，积极主动地开展了训练活动。
按照区教育局团队办的要求，我校学生歌咏比赛的训练自9月7日开始到9月16日结束。训练期间，我校全体学生都积极地参入到训练中来。一时间我校校园里到处都回荡着激昂、雄壮的歌声，形成了良好的迎国庆氛围。学生在歌唱革命歌曲的过程中也受到了良好的革命教育，增强了荣誉感和使命感。9月17日下午，我校举行了各班级之间的歌咏比赛。由于准备充分、训练得当，各班级在比赛中展现出了良好的精神风貌和上进精神。比赛结束后，校团委及时对获奖班级进行了奖励，并通过办宣传栏等形式进行了宣传。

三、注重指导、加强阅读
本次读书作文比赛，虽取得了一定成绩，但也反映了六年级作文教学中所存在的问题。教师在平时的作文教学中要教给学生一些基本的习作方法，需要教师身体力行的践行其中。希望老师在今后的教学中把作文教学放到一个重要的地位，一是要扎实上好作文指导课，使学生端正写作态度，激发写作欲望。教师可结合讲读课进行指导，把讲读课文作为写作的范文，引导学生体会其写作特点和优点，让学生借鉴其写法，进行写作。也可提供作文材料进行指导，开阔学生的思路。教师写好“下水文”，一方面可以亲身体会到写作训练中的难点，便于能够有的放矢地进行指导，另一方面又有学生提供了写作的范文。二是要有目的地引导学生多看课外书，让学生多方面的阅读，广泛地涉猎，以开阔学生的视野，增长知识。这次作文比赛中有好多的同学就写到了平时看课外书籍所得到的收获,这就是一个较好地例子；三是要引导学生对作文进行修改。要写好一篇文章，必须进行细致、认真的修改。“好文章是改出来的”，是说作文写好后要让学生通过多种方法进行修改，并不是老师一味地在其作文本上写上评语就完事了。可以让每一个学生在课堂上面向全体同学读自己的作文，让其他同学进行点评；也可以组织学生给自己的作文写评语。这样的修改，不仅文章的质量会明显提高，学生对作文课的兴趣以及参与度也会明显增强。总之，引导学生写好作文，应当遵循积累―构思― 写作―修改的过程，在教学中精心安排、巧妙组织，这样，作文教学才可望取得较好的效果。
这次征文活动，学生参与的积极性高，作品中谈“读书”的所感，所悟，谈读好书，好读书的决心，情文并茂。
现代社会的多元化发展，向每一个企业的成功铸就提出了更高的要求，在这个风险与机遇并存的时代，人际交往进入了高度互动的时代。积极进取的人生态度和互助协作的团队精神，是当今企业成功的重要品质。一车间在领会公司“为了丰富职工的业余生活，挖掘职业潜能，发现特长人才，培养员工扎实工作、凝心聚力的积极工作态度”的精神后，于2023年9月21日组织开展了一次“钓鱼比赛”活动。

在黄沙石灰窑（代家鱼塘）钓鱼地点，暖暖的阳光照耀下，所有参赛选手个个精神抖擞，朝气蓬勃，激情高涨。有的参赛选手连吃早饭也没吃，忙着自己的准备工作，迫不及待地想投入到比赛当中，生怕自己会落后。9时整，在裁判长宣读比赛规则与注意事项后，23名参赛选手都以最快的速度各就各位，钓鱼比赛正式开始。当前两条鱼上钩时，一阵欢呼声、加油声将比赛带入了激烈阶段。随后，大家你追我赶，奋力拼搏但不缺乏耐心，各想各的办法，各出各的绝招，谁也不愿轻易认输，一阵阵欢呼声、谈笑声此起彼伏，将比赛推入了高潮。比赛中，每一次鱼上钩时，所有参赛选手没有因为比赛的缘故而互相嫉妒，反而互相帮助，交流经验，团结一致。比赛在长达三个小时的激烈角逐以及裁判人员认真、公平的裁判，经裁判组商讨评审，评出了一、二、三等奖各一名，并现场发放了现场参与奖。
“态度决定一切；没有完美的个人，但有完美的团队”是我此行最大的收获。态度决定性格，性格决定行动，行动决定习惯，习惯最终决定一切。做任何事情时，都要保持积极、乐观的态度和勇往直前的斗志。跨越眼前这一小步，我们就跨出了人生中的一大步。企业要成功，必须加强企业文化建设，增强企业的向心力和凝聚力，人心齐泰山移，团结就是力量，一切皆有可能。

——记九岘乡统战工作先进事迹
宁县九岘乡是一个地处子午岭林缘的山区乡，全乡共辖8个行政村，54个村民小组，2074户人，9427人，其中回民群众29户，129人，耕地面积17651亩。目前共有统战对象236名。
近年来，九岘乡统战工作以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻落实科学发展观，统筹兼顾山大沟深、自然条件差、群众生产生活习惯落后、经济社会发展缓慢状态，充分发挥回、汉族群众的生产优势，以每年度的民族团结进步月活动为契机，以举办题为“共谋发展大计”座谈会和统战理论、科技文化知识培训班为平台，在摸清回民群众生产生活现状的基础上，积极调整产业结构，优化产业布局，帮助回民群众脱贫致富奔小康，取得了用改革发展促民族团结实效。
一、加强领导，整章建制，靠实工作责任
按照构建和谐社会的客观要求和发展是执政第一要务的目标，九岘乡对统战工作领导小组进行了调整充实，制定了九岘乡统战工作五年规划，建立健全了统战工作的各项规章制度，按照科学发展观的要求，发展抓项目的目标，不断细化和量化了领导小组成员工作目标和考核评价机制，使他们各负其责，各尽其能，将统战工作推向了规范化、经常化的轨道。
二、加强培训，提高素质，营造发展氛围
今年以来，九岘乡结合民族团结进步月活动，依照民族宗教政策，结合全市民族宗教工作要求，开展以《宗教事务条例》等为主题的培训宣传活动，分年度定期不定期地举办每次不下于200人参加的统战法规、政策知识培训班。在培训班上，广大回民群众、民主人士认真学习，积极讨论，交流经验，取长补短，个人素质得到较大提高，发展意识进一步增强。同时，乡上还通过各种形式开展宣传活动，今年共张贴各种标语180余份，悬挂横幅15条，发放宣传资料3500份，各种科技资料500余份。通过这些措施的实施不仅促进了全乡统战工作，还极大地推动了乡域经济和各项社会事业 。

左家川村是宁县唯一的少数民族聚居村，地处九龙河上游，山多路陡，群众出门不是爬山坡就是下山，人力耕作，肩挑手提，农户住宅基本上都是破旧的窑洞，居民的生产生活用具普遍非常简陋，且数量有限。对此，九岘乡统战工作领导小组成员和党委班子成员经过进一步分析研究，制定出了切实可行的扶贫开发规划。一是在无项目支持的前提下，乡村筹资67万元，对左川村5公里村庄干道进行了拓宽整修，铺砂上石，共新建涵洞13处；二是积极向上级争取资金10万元，扶持左川回民群众发展养牛产业，共扶持回民贫困户20户，建起标准化牛棚20栋 40间，购买优良品种早胜牛60头；三是引导回民群众发展中药材种植产业，共投入资金1.5万元，扶持回民群众种植大黄、板蓝根等中药材100亩；四是结合全县整治流域开发项目的实施，扶持回民群众种植全膜覆盖双垄沟玉米100亩；五是结合灾后重建和新农村建设工作，九岘乡在左川村回民居之地规划农宅点2处，共65户。同时乡上还加大对回民群众建房的补助力度，以高于普遍户的197.4%予以兑现，使每户补助高达1.5万元。目前共建成住宅20户，全部入驻。通过这些工作的落实，左川村基础设施得到极大改善，农民人均纯收入稳步回升，从2023年的1260元增加到2023年的1800元。使回野喊穗汉群众更加团结，感情日趋增进。

Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more than a mere competition or contest. I'm grateful that I've been given this opportunity, at such a historic moment, to stand here as a spokesman of my generation and to take a serious look back at the past 15 years, a crucial period for every one of us and for this nation as well.
Though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, I believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.
In my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.
The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.
One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, "Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. " I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No one ever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldn't forgive myself. I simply couldn't forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, "Why didn't you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? Why didn't you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?"
I was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for I began to understand the word "responsibility" and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.
Later in my life, I continued to experience many failures. But never again did I feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that I have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best I can.
New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becoming more competitive.
Words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.
Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.
We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who can't even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars.
We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.
Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.
Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. Probably I'll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this doesn't discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, it's going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that I will be living.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity.
